Apples are commonplace, and peaches are special... but jackfruit is like Bill Gates when compared to a millionaire fruit!

Exams are finishing up for Ben, and a work term report looms for Prashanta. Stress may be there, but the podcast goes on! And Prashanta thinks next term won't bring any stress. What is no stress like?

What's up with Easter Monday? It used to be a holiday, and now it isn't. And Why is Good Friday "good"? Isn't that when Jesus was crucified?

Google offers content and custom RSS feeds on the main Google page! You need a Google account though, which really isn't hard to get nowadays. Google also has a customizable calendar!

Prashanta is pregnant... and he's expecting a laptop! It isn't quite his dream laptop, but he'll be happy nonetheless.

Urbandictionary.com is the most amazing source for slang, definitions, and anything else you could imagine! Let's just hope that "Capsing" becomes a legitimate term one day.

Words of Wisdom: Never use the first save slot when saving files for a videogame... You never know what might happen to them! Prashanta sympathises with Ben's loss of Harvest Moon data with the loss of his Metroid Prime data.

Prashanta explains how batteries will one day be the size of rice grains!

Apple describes the French government of supporting piracy for trying to pass a bill requiring them to open up their Digital Rights Management. Personally, I would love to use iTunes with my Creative Zen Microphoto MP3 player.

Prashanta sees Shawshank Redemption and Ben sees She's the Man. Which one is better? Are either of them worth seeing? ReGenesis and Big Love are two television shows that Ben is watching. One is amazing, and the other is just weird. Prashanta is just impressed that ReGenesis has a bioinformatician (a hot one that can be seen half naked in Going the Distance), the profession for which Prashanta is training.

Prashanta loves having dreams that he could continue after waking up. He'd rather have his dream computer come true though. Flash drives, low power consumption, dual processors that shut down when they aren't needed, Grid Wars-playing graphics card, 20-hour battery life, and free DVD disks... all in one portable package. Nuts.

Visiting Latin Americans' can be very entertaining. Doing Latin dances might be very entertaining... We just aren't sure, despite having gone to a Latin club.

Words of Wisdom: Watch your rented movies before returning them. At all costs.

Astrophysicists discover evidence that suggests the Big Bang occurred 13.7 billion years ago. This shakes our view of the universe, yet the sun still rises, and life goes on.

Ben has a very common name and Prashanta has a rare name. Despite Ben's having more online activity, Prashanta is much easier to track down through Google. How do we feel about this?

Sony announces a bunch of news about the future of the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Portable: Worldwide launches, free online services, EyeToy Camera to go, GPS, and downloadable original PlayStation games. Does it all make sense?

While talking about games, Ben buys Konami's Karaoke Revolution Party, and the fearsome twosome can't get enough of Grid Wars 2. They're both simple, but both challenging and really addictive.

Ok, It's been almost 2 weeks since the last podcast. Podcast 5 has been recorded, but there have been a few obstacles in getting it ready and uploaded. It's the first time that we've tried to have a guest over Skype, so there have been some difficulties. But it will get up, feat not! Prashanta and I are planning to record episode 6 tonight regardless, so that one might make it out first. Happy listening~

Episode 5 - May be Late

Hello everyone! Our goal for this podcast was to get to, at the very least, episode 12 without any interruption or delays... We made to to 4! Prashanta and I are having a lot of fun with the podcast, and we hope that you are too.

Unfortunately, we've had a few complications this week. My busy school schedule, combined with his possible chicken pox contagiousness, some internet problems, and my getting a painful throat infection means that out 5th podcast might not make it out on time. If I am able to speak tomorrow, maybe we'll get one out! If not, we might get a short podcast out early next week, or at the worst, just skip this week altogether.

Shownotes for Episode 004: Two Peas has over 180 downloads to date! It's a touch shy of the world record holder for "Most Downloaded Podcast". Our logo has been revealed! We follow up on the Blackberry situation that Palm and Microsoft are taking advantage. Canada does well in the Olympics... except the men's team. Olympic viewership is down. Prashanta's sister has come down with the Chicken Pox. Both Prashanta and Ben hope not to become infected with the annoying, yet benign varicella simplex virus. Ben meets the nicest woman on the bus.

Words of Wisdom: It's nice to be nice.... I mean, Don't get chicken pox, or get them and get it over with, just not if you're about to get married.

Interesting Facts: Ben has 200+ pictures in his room. Prashanta has a GameCube, his first video game console.

Two Peas has an audience member! We've also had 60+ downloads. Thank you, internet! Prashanta's sister learns fractions, and uses them to her advantage to catch up to his age.

Quebec and Ontario are hit with an icy storm. Five people die, and a 60-car accident occurred near 2PP's recording centre. Would we be as shocked it that happened elsewhere?

Ben is "the woman of the podcast" because he does all the work. Do men simply have a higher tolerance for mess, or will Prashanta have an unhappy wife one day?

Seven days into the 2004 Olympics in Turino, Canada is tied for second place in terms of total number of medals. India has zero medals, but Nepal only has one skier.

Should Iceland be called "Greenland" and Greenland be called "Iceland"? Twice as much ice melts into the sea from Greenland than it did five years ago. Is it natural, or is there a Viking causing trouble? This is all related to inviting 150 million Bangladeshis to Ottawa.

The Vice President of the United States shoots his friend at a "shooting place". Why do we have handguns? The Alliance of Gun People wouldn't like banning them. Fruition is a great word.

The Nintendo DS gets even more awesome with a Opera-based browser, a television tuner, and a new lighter model. Unfortunately, everything comes separately, but its still tubular, fer shur! A New 2D Super Mario Bros. game is coming. AND Prashanta likes sleekiness.

Words of wisdom: Don't give a nine-year-old girl a movie that she'll potentially watch over and over and over and over. Unless its good. And don't threaten her older brother with the suggestion of buying her New York Minute.
